Sarah Behrens came to yoga following an "AHA!" moment just after her 41st birthday. After many years of stress and not having the right direction or tools, she started to notice the benefits of practicing yoga almost instantly. Determined to keep her momentum going and despite COVID's arrival just as she was finding her groove, she completed her 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher Certification at HYHY in early 2021. Sarah currently teaches V-1 Vinyasa Flow. Students in her class can expect to challenge their mind and body with her signature Breathe and Maintain approach (affectionately known as B.A.M.) used both on and off the mat. Her goal is to leave students feeling energized and ready to take on the day with an inspired outlook.
