Power Sculpt (PS)

Power Sculpt is a combination of plyometrics, cardio, yoga and weight lifting to strengthen and improve athletic performance. Weights are always optional. Great for intermediate to advanced students! 60min/94degrees.

Hot Fusion (HF)

Hot Fusion combines Hatha and Power Vinyasa for a dynamic balance of static postures and breath to movement flow. It encompasses the meditative and detoxifying qualities of Hot Yoga and the intensity of Power Yoga. This class focuses on opening the shoulders, hips and spine as well as strengthening the core and upper body. Great for all levels! Special modifications are available. 60 min/98 degrees

Vinyasa (VS)

Vinyasa means breath-synchronized movement, that incorporates the power of inhaling and exhaling through smoothly flowing poses. Vinyasa flow relaxes your mind and helps release any blockage of energy flow throughout your body while physically re-energizing it. Perfect for beginners! 60min/98degrees.


Yin yoga is a subtle, deep, and powerful approach to yoga. It is an individually adapted, slow, meditative and deep opening asana practice combined with internal awareness. Asanas are practiced in a passive way with relaxed muscles. In this style, most postures are floor postures and are held for a long period of time of 3-5 minutes or more. When we hold the pose for 3-5 min we reach into the deepest layers of our body, working on the connective tissues, fascia, ligaments, tendons and joints. Letting go, listening to your inner voice and connecting to your true nature is the key and goal of Yin.
